Sandra is a highly-skilled consultant to executive teams and boards of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, focusing on strategic choices critical to growth and impact. Sandra has 25 years of management consulting experience with Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) where she was business unit head of the leadership & organization practice from 2007-2013, a member of the executive committee, a member of the board of directors, and the chair of women's leadership initiative.
She has served as a board member since 2019 for The People and has been Secretary since May 2020.
